Get Your Sauce On!
Now right off the bat, let me say that I am not a big Mango fan. I don’t cook with it, I don’t snack on them. Not that I dislike them, just have not found a lot of dishes where Mango sounded good. So I tried to pour out a little onto a spoon. This was an exercise in futility. This is a thick sauce. I ended up having to dip it out with a butter knife (mouth of the bottle would not allow a spoon). So I lathered it across my tongue like a kid with cookie dough and was thrilled with the flavor. Definitely a strong mango flavor but toned down with additional spices like Cilantro and Lime Juice. Then the heat travels across your mouth. It is a definite heat, but a mellow and enjoyable spice rather than a sharp, biting heat. After one taste, I was craving fish and a Corona. We immediately added it onto the week’s menu and got some shrimp to take a nice bath in Mango Inferno.

I bought some of your spicy barbecue at the wheelersburg flea market yesterday. I came home from work and used it on a chicken breast sub, and it was off the charts good. I have already been telling all my buddies at work about it. Great product. Can’t wait to try another flavor.
