Mango Mousse
4 cups of whipped cream
½ cups Patter Fam’s Sweet Mango Fire
8 oz. Vanilla yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 T Orange Juice Concentrate
¼ cup grated toasted coconut
Crystallized ginger
1 kiwi
In a large chilled glass or metal bowl gently fold the whipped cream, yogurt and Patter Fam’s Sweet Mango Fire. Add the vanilla and orange juice concentrate and fold again to blend the flavors. Chill in the refrigerator for one to three hours.
Finely chop the crystallized ginger. Dip the edge of a festive glass into the crystallized ginger. Carefully spoon or pipe the Mango Mousse into the glass and garnish with toasted coconut and a kiwi slice. Serves 6.
