Bourbon Chicken
Orange Glaze Bourbon Chicken
Ingredients:
8 bone in/skin on chicken breasts
1 tsp. Kosher salt
¼ tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1 cup Patter Fam’s Spicy Orange Glaze
¼ cup bourbon
½ cup chopped green onion for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in a large baking dish. Whisk the Spicy Orange Glaze and the bourbon together in a small mixing bowl. Pour over the chicken. Place in the preheated oven for
45-50 minutes until cooked through. Baste occasionally. Serve on a platter, spoon some of the juices from the pan and garnish the top with the chopped green onions. Serves 8.
