Lemon Herb Vinaigrette
(Make 8 - 1 oz servings)
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tsp. whole grain Dijon or Creole mustard
1/2 tsp. granulated garlic powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. salt
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Place all the vinaigrette ingredients in a Mason jar and shake well to emulsify.
