Patter Fam Sauces

Brat Burger (makes 8 burgers) 
2 lbs. lean ground beef 
2 lbs. ground bratwurst 
8 large hamburger buns 
8 slices cheddar cheese 
8 slices provolone cheese 
8 slices smoked bacon 
Mustard/mayo spread 


Thoroughly mix ground beef and bratwurst together and form into ½ pound patties.  Grill until medium.  Melt a slice of cheddar and provolone over the top of each burger.  Let rest 5 minutes. 

Fry bacon until crisp, placing two halves on each burger. 

Top with a piece of  lettuce, two tomato slices, and a mustard/mayo mixed spread seasoned
