Patter Fam Sauces

Spicy Coleslaw Recipe:
1 head of cabbage shredded
2 carrots grated
1 ½ cups mayonnaise
2 T Dijon mustard
1 T Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp. ancho chili powder
1 T Lemon Juice
½ cup white granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. celery seed
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until sugar is dissolved and ingredients are thoroughly combined.  Chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
