Patter Fam Sauces

BBQ Pulled Pork 
4-5 lb. Pork Shoulder 
5 oz. Patter Fam Pork Rub 
½ gallon apple juice  
Completely rub down the pork shoulder with the rub.  Place the shoulder on a rack to raise it above the liquid in a dutch oven with 1 quart of apple juice at 375 degrees for 4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 180-190 degrees.  Check liquid level periodically and add more if it is nearly evaporated.  Do not let the Dutch oven run dry and burn the meat.  Remove and shred in a large bowl.  Return to slow cooker and add two bottles of any kind of Patter Fam BBQ sauce and reheat on low until completely warmed through.
