Patter Fam Sauces

Jerk Chicken 

Ingredients:
8 – Leg/Thigh quarters
1 – 12 oz. bottle of Patter Fam Jamaican Jerk Sauce
½ mango finely diced for garnish
Chopped Cilantro for garnish

Score the chicken and marinate with ½ bottle of Patter Fam Jamaican Jerk Sauce for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Remove chicken from the bag letting some of the excess marinade drain back into the baggie.  Place in a large baking pan.  Bake in a 375 degree oven for 35-45 minutes.  Remove from the oven and tent the pan to let the chicken complete cooking.  Internal temperature should be 180 degrees.

Serve with Yellow Rice and Cuban Black Beans.
