Buckeye Dessert Shot
1 box chocolate pudding mix
2 oz. cream cheese
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
½ tsp. vanilla
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
12 oz. chocolate liqueur (or my chocolate ganache)
            Chocolate ganache:
            9 oz. chocolate
            1 cup heavy cream
12 Oreo chocolate cookies, crushed

Prepare the chocolate pudding per the instructions on the box.  Scoop into a piping bag.

Beat together cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. In a separate bowl, beat1/2 cup cream, vanilla and powdered sugar until they are thick with stiff peaks. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. When completely incorporated, fill a piping bag.

In each of 12 shot glasses, pipe about 1 oz. of pudding in the bottom.  Pipe another ounce of peanut butter mixture on top of that.  Gently pour a little chocolate liqueur over the top.  Add a small spoon of whipped cream and Oreo cookie crumble to garnish.

To make the ganache, heat the cream over medium heat until it just reaching boiling.  Immediately remove from heat and pour over the chocolate chips in another bowl.  Whisk until smooth.  Pour over the shooters, top with whipped cream and Oreo cookie crumbs.

Makes 12 small dessert shooters.
