Patter Fam Sauces

Spring Salad w/ Raspberry Vinaigrette
Dressing:
½ cup raspberry coulis (4 packages of fresh raspberries, 3 T water, 1 cup sugar - puree and strain)
1 T. granulated sugar
2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 T honey or Agave Syrup
½ tsp. salt

Whisk all ingredients together in the bottom of a large salad bowl until the dressing is infused.  Add salad ingredients and toss to coat.
