Patter Fam Sauces

Vanilla Ice Cream  
4 eggs  
2 cups sugar  
24 oz. evaporated milk  
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk  
1 T vanilla  
Whole milk to fill  
 

Cream eggs and sugar with a mixer. Add evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla. Mix well. Pour onto churn. Add whole milk to fill line. Churn until done. Freeze.
