Steak Tenderloin

12 – 6 oz. beef loin steaks

Season with generous amount of salt and pepper.  Grill until cooked to desired doneness.

Top with buttered mushrooms and onions and a few sprinkles of crumbled blue cheese.

Rare – 130º

Medium Rare – 140º

Medium – 155º

Medium Well – 160º

Well – 165º

Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes.
