1 hard boiled dozen eggs
3lbs. 12 oz. Italian sausage
Panko Parmesan bread crumbs
Weigh sausage out (5 oz. per egg), and flatten out on a cutting board. Wrap sausage around egg and completely cover. Pour panko parmesan bread crumbs onto a cookie sheet. roll wrapped egg in bread crumbs until thoroughly coated.
Place coated eggs on parchment covered cookie sheet and bake in 250 degree oven for 30 minutes. raise temp to 350 degrees and cook another 15 minutes. When cooked, remove to cool. Wrap eggs in plastic wrap and keep refrigerated.
