Patter Fam Sauces

Mango/Avocado Salad
1 T Balsamic Vinegar
1 T Lime Juice
2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 mangoes cubed
2 avocados cubed
1/2 small red onion diced
salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl whisk vinegar, lime juice, salt and pepper to emulsify.  Slowly drizzle the oil in while continuing to whisk.
Toss in the mangoes, avocados and red onion to coat.  Serve in a bowl or in a lettuce leaf.
