Salmon BLT Sliders
3 ½ - 4 lbs salmon fillet
1 lb. bacon
1 head of lettuce
3 tomatoes
1 cup mayonnaise
1 T dill weed
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 – 2 baguette bread


Bake salmon fillet in a 400 degree oven 35-38 minutes until the edges start to brown and the salmon is completely cooked through.


Grill the baguette slices on a grill to toast and mark.
Assemble with a slather of mayo mix with dill weed and lemon juice, lettuce, tomato, salmon and bacon.
