1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
2 cup heavy cream
1clove garlic, crushed
2 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then add garlic and cheese and whisk quickly, heating through. Stir in parsley and serve.
Serve over Homemade pasta and garnish with parsley and Red Pepper Flakes
