Patter Fam Sauces

Lowlands Seafood Boil (12 people)
24-36 small red potatoes
3 Kielbasa Sausages cut into 1” pieces
12 ears of corn halved
6 lbs. shrimp
4 lbs. crab legs (optional)
3 yellow or Vidalia onions quartered
Crab boil seasoning
3-4 bay leaves
5-6 lemons halved
Homemade cocktail sauce
Clarified garlic butter
French bread

Fill a large pot with enough water to cover all of the ingredients. Add the crab boil seasoning and bring to a boil. Adjust the crab boil seasoning to suit your taste. When the water boils, add the potatoes and sausage, bay leaves, and lemon. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Add corn and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for no more than 3 minutes. Drain and serve with warm French bread.
