Shredded Barbecue Beef Sandwiches
3-4 pound beef chuck roast
1 bottle Patter Fam’s Barbecue Sauce (your favorite flavor)
1 cup water
Salt and Pepper
8 hamburger buns
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season chuck roast with salt and pepper. Place roast in roasting pan. Baste roast with a little of the Patter Fam Barbecue Sauce and then pour 6-8 oz. in the roasting pan with 1 cup of water. Cover and roast for 2 hours basting once each hour. Remove roast from the oven and shred with forks. Pour remaining barbecue sauce and some of the pan drippings over the shredded pork. Serve on large hamburger buns with Cole Slaw.
