Chef’s Choice classes are an intimate fine dining experience for up to 4 people. This class is for the serious foodie looking for a true culinary treat that will stimulate all your senses.
The menu will be 7 courses and the class will last approximately 3 hours.
You can expect a menu on par with dining in major cities like New York, Los Angeles, New Orleans and Chicago. Chef Sam will be selecting from the freshest and most unique ingredients to make your meal memorable. The artistic menu will be determined just prior to the class based on the best available ingredients. You can trust that Chef Sam will prepare something that will make your evening memorable.
You must enjoy a wide variety of tastes and cuisines as there will be no special orders, or substitutions. Class price is per person and includes beverages.
Doors open 15 minutes prior to class start time and is approx 2 hours.
We will be holding classes outside in the new outdoor kitchen, weather permitting.
RESERVATION PRICE IS PER PERSON. Reservations close 72 hours prior to the class or when sold out, whichever comes first.
Menu subject to change based on availability. Our seating is on bar stools at high top tables. Beverages are included with the meal (please do not bring in outside drinks).
We want your dining experience with us to be great. To help us accomplish that we would like to know of any special dietary concerns, handicapped seating or other special needs or questions at least 48 hours in advance of the class.
Our parking is limited so we recommend that you park in front of our building where we have 2 spaces, along the guard rail (2 spaces) or we have 8 parking spaces in the lot behind our building. You can also park in the lot on Duis and Gallia Pike at the Nazarene Church Admin Offices and there is street parking in front of the DW Swick Funeral home on Gallia Pike.
If you need handicap parking we have a space available in front of the building for our indoor classes and a space behind our building for outdoor classes.
