Our Heatnik Red Cajun Rub is the Cajun rub I’ve used for 25 years. People have asked me for the recipe and I won’t give it out. Cajun and Creole food are my favorite to cook. This seasoning goes on all of it! It’s not too hot, but it is layered with all the Cajun flavor you need to have a swamp BBQ. Try it on your meats, Gumbo, Jambalaya, Okra, Fried Fish and yes, we even use it when we smoke alligator. You won’t be disappointed.
