Patter Fam Sauces and Pastor's Pantry Cooking School

Serves 10-14
36 oz. frozen corn, thawed
1 Red Bell Pepper, finely diced
1 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup finely chopped red onion
1⁄2 cup fresh lime juice
4 tablespoons minced and seeded jalapenos
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
4 garlic cloves, minced
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Cover and chill approximately 8 hours. Stir well before serving. Serve with blue corn tortilla chips.
