Field to Fork Cooking Classes
Our Chef’s Choice Cooking Classes are now themed as “Field to Fork”.
As a chef, I’m always looking for the freshest and highest-quality ingredients to use in our menus. We are also all about stewardship of our gift of food. To that end we are partnering with local farms to provide the freshest, sustainable food for your dining experience.
Each Field to Fork class will be a seven-course feast of the best seasonal foods we can get our hands on from the area. All of these classes will be held on Saturday starting at 6:30 pm to allow people time to travel here for the experience.
Dining reservations will be handled differently than our other classes. Guests will be selected by random drawing. We are asking you to mail us a postcard with your name, phone number and email address. We will hold our first drawing on April 20, 2023 to select the guests for all the open classes. You will be given your choice of dates and available seats. Each class can hold up to eight (8) guests. You may reserve 1 seat or more up to 8. Cost is $100 per guest.

We will be holding classes outside in the new outdoor kitchen, weather permitting.
Make this fun for all of us. Be creative with your postcards. Let us know why you would like to enjoy our Field to Fork experience. All cards will be placed in a large hopper and drawn randomly. You will then get a call asking you which class you’d like to attend and how many seats you’d like to reserve.
